The mission

Every kid deserves to play. Not every kid gets the chance. I'm building until that changes.

Same city. Completely different worlds.

A kid in Pearland has access to 12 different youth soccer leagues within 10 miles. A kid in Acres Homes has access to 1. Same city. Completely different sports infrastructure. That gap doesn't close itself. It's not a motivation problem. It's not a parenting problem. It's an infrastructure problem — and infrastructure can be built.

The nonprofit behind the mission.

Full Circle Sports is a registered nonprofit organization advocating for equal access to youth sports regardless of zip code, income, or circumstance. It's the research, the advocacy, and the long-term home for this work. Every product I build feeds into it. Every dollar it raises goes back into closing the gap.

Building the evidence base.

I'm learning data science specifically to answer questions nobody has clean data for yet. Which zip codes lose kids to sports by age 12? Which program models have the best retention? Where are the gaps, exactly, and how big are they? You can't close a gap you can't measure. I'm building the tools to measure it.

Build this with me.

If you work in youth sports, sports equity, or nonprofit access work — I want to talk to you. There's too much to build for one person to build alone, and the right partnerships change what's possible. Let's figure out if we're one of them.
